All Orders will be dispatched within one to three day of the order being placed. All products will be sent using a track-able delivery service and will need to be signed in order to receive the products.
In the unlikely event of the wrong size or product being sent by Soles UK, the
customer must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. The item
must be returned within 14 working days in its original box, unused and in
resalable condition. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
